The Big Blue filtration systems are specifically designed to cater to areas where a high flow rate is needed, for example an entire house, industrial area or commercial zone.

Installed on mains plumbing, sediment and chlorine are removed from all faucets/ showers throughout the premises, at up to 50 litres per minute, protecting tap washers, hot water systems and appliances. The size of system that you require can be determined by the water quality and what is required to be filtered from the water.

The filter cartridge featured within this system are manufactured with patented media; representing the most up-to-date technology for water treatment against viruses, bacteria and cysts. Two-stage filtration process

Stage 1 – Polyspun Sediment Pre-Filter Made from spun bonded polypropylene, the manufacturing technique of these cartridges results in no centre core to the filter, thus not restricting the filter performance. The materials also provide a resilient barrier to bacterial/chemical influence – preventing any build of unwanted waste (e.g. algae). These sediment filters are compatible with most liquids and are highly effective for sediment, rust, sand, silt, and algae removal.

Stage 2 – Filter Cartridge (Made in Europe) Developed in Eastern Europe, this unique Aragon water filter cartridge is based on the innovative, patented Media. It has been extensively tested by Certified Laboratories in Europe, to effectively remove chemicals, pesticides, bacteria and heavy metals as well as sediment down to >2 microns.

This system meets The WaterMark specification AS/NZS 3497:1998 Amdt 1 2001 Drinking water treatment units—Plumbing requirements. Certificate Number 23124.
